Boot Camp Fitness Training: This high intensity format includes calisthenics, speed and agility work, plyometrics and cardio drills in one power-packed hour. Although all exercise levels are welcome, it is designed for those seeking an intense boost to their workout routine.

Pregnancy Water Aerobics: This fun aqua workout will tone your body by using the water for resistance training. Additional benefits: Your body will feel lighter and cooler, and water can help reduce swelling.

Prenatal Toning, Fitness & Yoga Combo: This specially designed combo gives you a taste of everything Oh Baby! has to offer in a prenatal class, starting with 20 minutes of aerobic, cardio and strength training. That's followed by 20 minutes of stability/birthing ball exercise and the class finishes with a 20-minute yoga cool-down including relaxation, stretching and meditation.

Mom & Baby Pilates: Get your tummy back into shape and build core strength. Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, this class strengthens abdominal muscles, increases circulation, develops muscle strength, increases flexibility, improves balance and coordination, helps with relaxation and teaches deep breathing techniques. Throughout the class, you'll have the option of involving your baby in the movements or having your baby close to you on your mat. You don't need previous Pilates experience to join this class.

Stroller Workout: Don't leave your baby with a sitter – make baby part of the fun! Get outside and get a great workout as you power walk through the park. You'll love this challenging circuit that incorporates muscle conditioning, strengthening and stretching. Ab work ends the class, while baby plays on the grass or blanket beside you.

Fitness Class - Salsa-Fit: This class promises to give you the workout you need set to the hottest Caribbean rhythms. This is a total body aerobic and strength workout. Dress to sweat and bring a yoga mat.

Specialty - Spinning Class: Learn the techniques for spinning, balance, and multiple turns. This class will cover drills to help eliminate dizziness when spinning, preparations for turns and more.

Brazilian Samba: Whether you have been dancing samba for years or are a beginner, this class will teach you how to dance socially or for performance. The workout will cover the basic techniques of Brazilian samba and some choreography for social Brazilian samba dancing. Improve your samba dance skills by adding a second samba class to your weekly dance schedule. You will be dancing like a native in no time!

Latin Club - Salsa Level 1: This beginner class introduces you to the fundamental rules and techniques of salsa. Best of all, it requires no previous experience!
